Wear and care: the five-step routine
Unlike glasses, which need a yearly service, contact lenses need a daily routine.

Wash your hands
So you do not transfer dirt and germs to your eyes. Avoid moisturising soaps, which are not good for lenses. Dry with a lint-free towel.

Remove and clean
Remove one lens and clean it in the recommended solution to clear build-up, cosmetics and debris that impair comfort and vision.

Rinse thoroughly
Rinse the lens again to remove the loosened debris, taking as long as directed. Rinsing is not the step to rush.

Disinfect properly
Place the lens in a clean case and fill with fresh solution. Never top up old solution. Disinfection time varies by product.

Repeat for the other
Work through steps two to four again for your second lens, then follow your replacement schedule.
